Event Description
Meditation helps with your overall physical and mental health, so join our qualified instructor and learn some conscious relaxation techniques.
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 6-7pm at Success Library.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Bring your own yoga mat or towel, along with a small cushion and a water bottle. Chairs are available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are no longer required.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are no longer required. Pay $10 cash or EFTPOS at the class on the day. Multiple-class cards are also available for purchase at the class or from the Cockburn Seniors Centre.
