Event Description
In this workshop, Nami will teach you how to make "Snow-skin" Mooncake dough from scratch!
Using this fresh dough, we'll then make a "kawaii" shaped treat (kawaii means Cute in Japanese) ... it's almost too cute to eat!
Plus Nami will show you how to make delicious Biscoff fillings to wrap inside your Mooncake.
The texture of this cake is silky, soft and chewy - a little bit like Japanese Mochi!
*Please bring your own tea towel and a plate to this workshop.
