Event Description

Have you ever wondered why you feel so good after a good hearty belly laugh? Join us for a series of fun and inter-active Laughter Yoga workshops which combine movement, laughter and deep breathing.

Certified teacher Janet Whitfield from Abundant Laughter will explain the origins of this practice and the positive impact laughter has on our mental and physical health.

All ability levels are welcome as you can participate either seated or standing.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a willingness to include more laughter in your life!

You are welcome to have a cuppa and connect with others after the classes as tea and coffee will be provided.

Please note: This is a five week series so when you book into one you book into all five free classes.
