Event Description
Without invertebrates, humankind would struggle to survive.
In this hands-on workshop facilitated by Eco Action, participants will interact with a collection of invertebrates, including insects and arachnids. They will learn about invertebrate characteristics, invertebrate habitats and adaptations, and the important roles played by invertebrates in ecosystems. Every participant will have an opportunity to handle a range of minibeasts including stick insects, giant burrowing cockroaches, beetles, caterpillars, along with some vertebrates such as a frog, a lizard and snakes!
Ages 5-9. Bookings required.
