Pilgrims have been undertaking journeys to places of spiritual significance for hundreds of years.
Even today, thousands of people flock to Spain to walk the Camino de Santiago trail.
But is the definition of a pilgrim and pilgrimage changing in today’s world?
If so, is the purpose of such a journey what it was in the Middle Ages?
