 ing hands-on activities.\nThis month's STEAM Club Special\, we are joined 
 by Ocean Discovery Education. You’ll explore amazing marine animal adapt
 ations like camouflage\, powerful jaws\, specialised fins\, and protective
  shells – and how they help animals survive and thrive in the ocean. Thi
 s session includes a live marine animal touch pool\, hands-on exploration 
 of marine specimens (like shark jaws\, shells\, and corals)\, and optional
  activities that bring marine biology to life.\nSTEAM Club gives kids the 
 chance to get creative and test out their inventiveness while engaging wit
 h other children in the community. STEAM encompasses science\, technology\
 , engineering\, art and mathematics and our sessions will cover each of th
 ese areas throughout the year with opportunities to cook\, create\, invent
  and compete.\n\nRequirements:\nParents or carers must remain in the libra
 ry during the event and are encouraged to join with their children to lear
 n and make discoveries together.\nPhotos may be taken at this event. Pleas
 e see the staff member running the session if you would like to be exempt.
