Discover how to incorporate mindfulness and stress relief into your daily life as well as a sense of empowerment.

Meditation helps with your overall physical and mental health, so join our qualified instructor and learn some conscious relaxation techniques.

Classes are held on Tuesdays from 6-7pm at Success Library.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

Notes & Requirements

Bring your own yoga mat or towel, along with a small cushion and a water bottle. Chairs are available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: Register and pay online now or pay $8 CASH at the library on the day (no EFTPOS available). If paying online please make sure you collect a class pass from staff at the library.
